LWBW weekend edition: making the most of your arrival quarantine!

Quarantining Moose

No matter which phase of Arrival Quarantine you are in, there’s at least one activity on this list to help you make the most of your time until February 1st, when all undergraduates have completed Arrival Quarantine.

Keep in mind, as your DSL, I am available to answer your questions and assist you in whatever ways I can. There are many additional campus resources available to support you as well. Counseling and Psychological Services (CPS) can be reached at (609) 258-3141, and virtual CPS counseling sessions are being offered. CPS has also prepared very helpful guidance on how to take care of your mental health during this pandemic; please do take a moment to review it.

Regardless of your class year, you are not alone in your journey. As part of our ongoing Live Well Be Well (LWBW) programming, I will communicate with you on a regular basis with strategies and tips for being well and staying well. Keep in mind, wellness is more than the absence of illness. Rather, wellness is about maximizing your potential! Don't worry, we don’t expect you to have it all figured it out. Adapting to your first year of college or to studying remotely is a process.

Moose, you got this. This spring, start fresh, start strong!

With so much appreciation,

Dr. Cepin
